Fistula Coronary and Coronary Steal Syndrome: A Case Report

چکیده

Background: A coronary artery fistula (CAF) is an aberrant vascular contact of arteries with cardiac chambers or any section the pulmonary systemic circulation, which accounts for 0.3% congenital heart disorders. CAFs have been observed to be as common 0.9% at computed tomographic (CT) angiography, greater than previously estimated prevalence 0.002 – invasive angiography.
 Case Summary: 76-year-old woman reported repeated episodes chest pain. considerable diameter from proximal LAD and RCA MPA was discovered on CT could cause steal syndrome. Microflex10 7 mm/22 cm used perform coil embolization RCA. After procedure, patient had no more pain.
 Discussion: angiography usefsul determining architecture guiding therapeutic intervention. CAF data gathered during pre- post-procedural evaluations.
